A Message from the Principal

Welcome to Cooper Elementary School!

We are a neighborhood family-friendly school that currently serves approximately 335 students in grades kindergarten through fifth grade. At Cooper, we provide a standards-based academic curriculum that includes reading, language arts, mathematics, science and social studies. Specialists teach music, art, physical education, and guidance.

While our staff strongly believes in educating students in an inclusive environment, children needing extra assistance can receive small group support in the areas of Learning Disabilities, Emotional Disabilities, Speech and Language, English Language Learners (ELL), Reading, and Mathematics.

Our staff is committed to providing a safe environment where students learn, share, and have fun so that each student has the knowledge, skills, and resiliency to be successful in a rapidly changing world. As part of this commitment we have a Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) program. This program is centered around three core rules. These rules focus on Being Respectful, Being Responsible, and Being Safe.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our web page. I invite you to visit Cooper Elementary School. Please call our school office at (920) 459-3693 for more information.

We look forward to working together with you in your child’s education.

Sincerely,
Larry Brahan Principal
