Today is Thursday, April 17th, 2014, an “A” day! No school tomorrow, Friday April 18th.

Breakfast for Monday, April 21st is Apple Jacks Cereal Bowl, Cheese Stick, Apple Juice, and a Variety of Milk.

Reminder to music students it is a “B” week.

Math Olympiad........last chance is today!

Last chance to make up any math Olympiad competitions you have missed.
See Mrs. Mohr today!

Recreation Department Summer activity booklets are available in the office. Pick one up today and sign up for some fantastic team sports and other activities going on this summer!

The deadline for the Sheboygan County anti-drug video contest is this Friday. First prize is $500 and second prize is $300! All middle school students are eligible to participate. See one of the flyers posted around the school or Officer Lor for more details.

Please note that German Club is cancelled for today Thursday, April 17th.
We will see you next week on Thursday, April 25th in room 199 from 3:00-4:00.

Do you have your yearbook ordered? Check with your Advisory teacher! The yearbook has been completed and is off to the publisher for printing. Hopefully you will have your very own copy for yearbook signing at the end of the year. Order yours today. Bring $17.00 to the office. The extras will not be around long!

Hey 8th Graders!
We ARE going to Mount Olympus! A big congratulation goes out to all of you that have been responsible in making sure your permission slips and money has been turned in for Mount Olympus. The second installment of $12 is due in two weeks. Remind your parents, AND you don’t have to wait until April 25th. Money can be turned into the office before that day.

Are you ready for some ice cream treats? April's PBIS Data challenge is no Major or Minor Technology Violations from April 1-30 Follow the rules and earn an ice cream treat!!!!

Drop-in volleyball for Girls in 6-8th grade will be held at Horace Mann Middle School on Tuesday nights from 6-7:30pm. Cost is $2 per drop in session or $10 for all six sessions. Starts Tuesday April 8 - May 13.

The John Kuhn Football Procamp
will be held this summer on July 19-20th at West De Pere High School for grades 1-8. Each camper has the opportunity to meet and interact with Green Bay Packers fullback John Kuhn. Flyers are available in the office.

Students, do you need help with homework? If so, the Mead Public Library offers access to real, expert, live tutors online 2-11pm, seven days a week. You may use Brainfuse while visiting the Mead library or from a home or school computer. You will need a Mead Public Library card to access Brainfuse from home or school. See posters around school for more information.

School store will be open after school on MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS and before school on TUESDAYS AND FRIDAYS. Stop on down and spend those panther point cards on some of our new merchandise like posters, south apparel,
gift cards, and more!
