Open Forum Process
The SBM team will allow any members of the Horace Mann community (parents, community members, teachers, students, etc.) to give input to the team at the beginning of each meeting. The team’s co-chairs will manage this time. Personal criticism and/or derogatory remarks directed at members are out of order. In order to achieve the maximum number of comments, please limit your comments to three minutes. The SBM team will listen to input and ask clarifying questions. Co-chairs will report to the speaker at a later date.
