The Sheboygan Area School District is offering a preventative dental sealant program once again this year for all students in sixth grade. A registered dental hygienist (RDH) will be at Horace Mann on (date to be determined) to provide this program at no charge to you. All students MUST complete a consent form whether they participate in the program OR NOT. Seventh grade students that received the sealants last year will also be rechecked.
