Science Fair
The Jackson School Fifth Grade Science Fair is held in the cafeteria. Each student uses the scientific method to answer a question such as "Which paper airplane flies the farthest?" or "What type of cheese molds the fastest?" Students consider variables, sample size, and controls when writing their procedures. Our hypotheses aren't all correct, but everyone learns a lot!
