Jefferson Elementary School offers a morning supervision program, called the Early Bird Program. The program is a free service provided to Jefferson students. Enrollment is limited to 30 students. Admission is on a first come - first served basis.
This program, which will be held every day that school is in session, will start at 7:15 a.m. and end at 8:15 a.m. Students are asked to report to the library and will remain in the library until the 8:15 bell rings. Students also have the option of participating in the 7:55 am breakfast program. Students should bring material to work on during this time period.
Students must report to the program every day unless the school receives notification from parents before 7:15 am. Any student who receives more than three unexcused absences will be removed from the program.
Individuals who need more information about this program are asked to call Bill Klein, Jefferson Elementary School principal, at 459-3621.
