Jefferson Students Earn Game Time as Reward for Positive Behavior
On Friday, February 3, 2012, Jefferson Elementary School students and The Gameboard joined together to celebrate positive behavior. Students collectively reached their goal of earning 15,000 slips recognizing positive behavior, or PAWs as Jefferson calls them.

As their reward, students participated in 45-minute sessions of playing educational games provided by The Gameboard. School District Superintendent Joe Sheehan made a visit during the celebration to show his support.

The PAWS slips are given out to students to reinforce positive behavior as part of the building-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program.

THE GAMEBOARD is a local business in Sheboygan that sells a variety of games and offers gaming programs for schools and organizations.
