The following vacancy exists in the Sheboygan Area School District.                                               TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION TEACHER

Must be Wisconsin DPI certified in technology education (220), grades 6-12.

Successful experience working with adolescents. Ability to work well as a contributing team member. Ability to differentiate. Knowledge and experience in traditional and computer assisted technology education programs. Classes to be taught include woods/metals production, computer aided drawing, engineering/drafting, and transportation/electricity. Must have the ability to work with CWD students. Willingness to attend Project Lead the Way training to implement the curriculum. Knowledgeable in the Wisconsin Technology Education Standards.

Successful experience working with a diverse student population. Possess technology education competency in various subject areas. The ability to create opportunities for all children to be successful. Willing to work in collaboration with area business and industry to help create learning opportunities for students.
