Horace Mann Middle School Team 8-1 science students took part in a rocket launch on Wednesday, October 14, 2009. The purpose of the launch was to write a lab report comparing the mass of the rocket with the time aloft. Students worked with a group to construct the rocket and write the lab reports. Twenty-three rockets were launched as a part of the experiment.
