SASD Art Students Selected for Northeast Regional Exhibition
Sheboygan North High School and Sheboygan South High School art students will be exhibiting work at the Wisconsin Art Education Association's Northeast Regional Art Exhibition at the ARTgarage in Green Bay. ARTgarage is located at 1409 Main Street in Green Bay, WI. The art students whose works were chosen are seniors; Pengsue Yang (mixed media), Samantha Thiel (painting), Ian Fahres (painting), Rosendo Bartolo (drawing), Zong Chang (painting), and Brittany Cobb (pastel), respectively. The opening celebration for the exhibit will be held on Sunday, February 21 from 1 to 3 PM. The awards ceremony begins at 1:45 PM. This student exhibition runs from February 15 – March 2, 2010. Fifty student artworks will be selected from this exhibition to advance to the state art competition in March at the Rotunda in Madison.
