Three of the SASD middle schools recently announced the winners of their school-level competition of the National Geographic Bee.

• Braden C. - eighth grader at Farnsworth Middle School
• Davina B. - eighth grader at Horace Mann Middle School
• Kade B. - sixth grader at Urban Middle School

These winners will now take a written test that consists of 70 multiple-choice questions. The top scorers on that test will qualify for the state Bee that will take place in Madison on April 1, 2011.
