Jackson and A2 Jump Rope for Heart
Jackson and A2 held their annual Jump Rope for Heart event during their Physical Education classes in February. Students topped previous donations by raising over $3,000 for the American Heart Association to help people struggling with heart disease and stroke. The two students who brought in the highest total donations were Alex Foreman and Kelly Whipple. They each raised over $250. All students actively participate to keep their hearts healthy with lots of rope jumping, contests, and other heart healthy activities. These activities were directed and overseen by Phy Ed teachers, David Rautmann and Mike Martin.
