Kohl's Wild Theater at Cooper Elementary School
Kohl’s Wild Theater brought their performance to Cooper Elementary School on Monday, November 28th. The program provided conservation-themed theater performances using drama, songs, games and puppetry. Students in grades K-2 at Cooper School learned how humans impact wildlife, why trees are so important and to be aware of how choices we make affect nature and our environment. Students in grades 3-5 were introduced to animals found right in Wisconsin such as the Whooping Crane, Prairie Badger and Forest Wolf.  They learned about Wisconsin’s changing environment and the impacts of its change.  Students also learned about bees in Wisconsin and the importance of pollination.

Kohl's Cares, the Milwaukee County Zoo, and the Zoological Society of Milwaukee made the presentation possible.
