Jackson Students have Special Guest at Luncheon, School
South High's star quarterback, Jake Pribbernow, was Jackson's most recent Top of the Line luncheon guest. Students that display positive behavior during their lunch hour had a chance to win a seat at the special luncheon.  Theo's Pizza graciously donated pizzas for the event in which 12 students over three lunch periods were invited to be part of this luncheon.  Lunchroom supervisor, Dawn Wagner, always likes to make this event extra special for the students, and this time, even more special with the guest of honor. She set up the table with all red and black decorations (South High colors) in addition to baking cupcakes and serving all guests at the table.

Jake’s visit to Jackson wasn't intended to be an autograph session. But when a third grader asked for his autograph, the buzz spread quickly. Before he knew it, over 60 students had gathered in the Jackson foyer for their chance to get their own autograph from the South High quarterback.  The students were so intent on getting the autograph that they missed some of their recess time.

It was a thrill for the students, as well as Jake, as he was just coming off a South High win over city rival North High School just days before. Those are proud moments for his mom, Mrs. Laura Pribbernow, who works in the office at Jackson Elementary School.
