Lincoln-Erdman Student Volunteers Ring Bells for the Salvation Army
As one of their service projects for the year, the Lincoln-Erdman Student Council rang bells to help raise money for the Salvation Army’s Christmas fund. Not only did the students’ ring the customary bells, they also sang Christmas songs to raise awareness of their cause. The Student Council members volunteered because they wanted to raise money for families that need extra help at the holidays for things like food, clothing, and toys for children. The Student Council members’ compassion was evident with every bell they rang and every song they sang!
Bell ringing for the Salvation Army is an excellent volunteer opportunity in which students had an enjoyable time while raising money for a worthy organization.
