North, South Art Students’ Work Selected for Capitol Rotunda Show
Congratulations to North High School students Emily Rudolph, Annya Ertel, and Claire Masse and South High School students Christina Polasky and Natalie Detienne whose artwork was selected to participate in the upcoming State Capitol Rotunda Show from March 18 to March 30th. Natalie's artwork received a ribbon for "most inventive" and Emily's artwork received a ribbon for "expressive use of color".
A special ceremony with dignitaries, teachers and principals will be held for the students on March 30th. Students also have the opportunity to be chosen for a Department of Instruction Award, a W.T. Graham Award or smaller awards from art vendors such as Sax and Nasco. The students’ artwork is currently at the NorthEast Regional Show at U.W.
