Wilson Elementary School Awards Geography Bee Champion
Wilson Elementary School crowned Alyssa King as Geography Bee Champion. Fourth and fifth grade students participated in preliminary Geography competitions in their classrooms. Two finalists from each classroom advanced to the finals. Cassie Haen, Hunter Kuester, Alyssa King, Devon Lallensack, Violet Rettler, Vanessa Ziegler, Chloe Renzelmann, Lindsey Thompson, Austin Drews, Doriana Avdolli, Olivia Mickelson, Joshua Vang, Lucy Mattern competed in the final competition.
The final event took place in the gym with third, fourth, and fifth grade classrooms present along with parents and friends.All finalists received medals. Devon Lallensack received a silver medal.
