Wilson Students Show Off Smarts at Science Fair
Students in Lisa Pipers' class at Wilson Elementary School recently held their annual science fair.
Students started their project by determining a problem they wanted to solve. Using the scientific method, students developed a hypothesis and wrote their procedures at school. Students then conducted research and experiments at home and compiled the data to show their results. Students drew conclusions based on the results of their experiments and compiled them for review. Students then displayed and demonstrated their projects to their visitors.
Kindergarten through fifth grade students, as well as family members, were invited to attend the event.
