Jefferson Earth Day Community Clean Up
 On April 18, Jefferson Elementary School held a school wide "Earth Day" Clean Up event. The students and staff cleaned up litter and debris in the Jefferson neighborhood. The students also participated in an essay writing/coloring contest on how they can help reduce, reuse, and recycle to make the earth a better place. Prizes will be awarded to the best in each grade.
