Several Sheboygan North High art students' artworks have been chosen from the Wisconsin Art Education Association North East Regional Art Show in Ashwaubenon to be part of the State Youth Art Month Exhibit at the State Capital Rotunda in Madison. Those artists are Pav Xia Vue, Grade 9, Ar Blia Xiong, Grade 11, Vi Lai Chang, Grade 12 and Jenna DeBlaey, Grade 10.
Artwork chosen for this exhibit is based on creativity, originality, handling of medium and excellent craftsmanship. These art students will be among 300 students who were selected to advance from the regional art exhibitions to represent their region in Madison.

The Annual Youth Art Month Celebration Ceremony will be held in the Rotunda of the State Capital. Dignitaries will attend this event, along with Art teachers, their students, and parents from all corners of the state. This art exhibit features artwork by pre K-12 grade Wisconsin students. The artwork will be on display in the Rotunda. The formal ceremony will feature a musical performance and the Wisconsin Art Educator of the Year.
