North High Art on Display at SHeboygan Post Office
Sheboygan North High School Drawing Intensive art students have produced a series of large format drawings for the Sheboygan Post Office located at 522 N. 9th Street. This exhibition features drawings by William Haas, Jeremy Maslanka, Megan Mata, Elizabeth Menzer, Naomi Schleider, Kelsey Taubenheim, Heather Weber and Tou Lee Xiong. This exhibition will run until February 29, 2012.

This group of postage stamps reflects students’ interest in contemporary culture and consumerism. This marks the fourth year of collaborative efforts between the Sheboygan Post Office and Sheboygan North High Art Department. Drawing Intensive offers students an in-depth approach to various techniques and processes related to drawing. Drawing is used as a tool for diagramming ideas and creating marks to develop style and point of view. Students conceptualize ideas for complex compositions based on the Elements and Principles of Design.

Lobby hours are Monday through Saturday from 5am to 6pm.

    Open to the public.
