    SPEF Awards More Than $45,000 to SASD Schools
    The Sheboygan Public Education Foundation, a 501(c) 3 that raises funds to support Sheboygan public schools, recently awarded over $45,000 in funding in support of programming for Sheboygan public schools.

    Following is a list of schools and the projects that were awarded funding for the spring grant cycle:
    • Farnsworth Middle School - SMARTBoard for 7th Grade Science Classes, SMARTBoard and Document Camera for 8th Grade, Data Projector and Document Camera for 6th Grade
    • Grant Elementary – SMARTBoard for Title I Reading Classes
    • Horace Mann Middle School – LCD Projector & Document Camera for Dual Language Classrooms
    • Jefferson Elementary – SMARTBoard and Document Camera for Early Literacy Intervention
    • Lincoln-Erdman Elementary – iPads
    • Longfellow Elementary - iPod Touch and Apps for Reading and Math Intervention, iPads
    • North High – SMARTBoards for Health Classes, Easy Stand Mobile Stander for Special Ed, Outdoor Classroom for Botany Classes
    • North High/South High – Lion and Dragon Dance Costumes for Chinese Program
    • Pigeon River Elementary – Orff Musical Instruments
    • South High – LCD and Document Camera for World Language Classrooms, Marching and Pep Band Instruments, Freshman Orientation Funding
    • Urban Middle School – SMARTBoard and Document Camera for ELL Classes, SMARTBoard for Science Classroom
    • Wilson Elementary – SMARTBoards for 2nd Grade
