The Orchestra is made up to students in grades 9-12 who play stringed instruments (violin, viola, cello, and string bass). Students rehearse daily and perform between 5-10 concerts a year. Students explore a wide range of musical styles and periods and learn about the music they play, in addition to the technical aspects of playing a stringed instrument. Students are also exposed to full orchestral works, incorporating winds, brass and percussion. For more information, please contact Sara Bergman, Orchestra Conductor, at sbergman@sheboygan.k12.wi.us.
