Weight Training

The purpose of weight training is injury prevention and conditioning. Each student is able to work out in the weight room using a variety of equipment. A program is set up to meet the needs of the individual. Types of programs provided are tone, power, strength and endurance. The weight room is open every night after school as well as the summer.
