Central High School is an innovative charter high school focused on real-world results, preparing students for post-secondary education or job training and placement. A variety of learning formats allows students to choose a project-based or traditional format in flexible, individualized scheduling that successfully connects students to the real world.

South High School

South High School

South High School is a safe, caring school that offers a rigorous curriculum with a variety of opportunities to prepare students for careers, citizenship, and life. South High School has adopted a unique schedule to allow students to individualize their high school experience in a flexible learning environment commonly referred to as “Flex Mod.” Students are supported in taking advantage of our many course offerings, participating in college-level course work, and having opportunities for enrollment in work-based learning experiences.

The staff of Warriner High School prides themselves on their passion for students, knowledge, and going beyond the walls of academia. They work hard to ensure students are prepared to become effective and engaging members of the worldwide community. From designing project-based learning opportunities to accelerated and interdisciplinary programs, Warriner is about making learning and gaining knowledge exciting and relevant to the needs of the new generation.

Farnsworth Middle School has a student body of just over 580 students in sixth, seventh, and eighth grades. The Farnsworth staff works hard to make sure that students feel at home and are dedicated to providing a safe and encouraging learning environment for every student.

Sheridan Elementary School

Sheridan Elementary School

Sheridan Elementary School is home to the Dual Language Program, an elementary academic program that is not available at other elementary schools in Sheboygan County. The Dual Language program offers academic instruction in both English and Spanish to students beginning in four-year-old kindergarten at the Early Learning Center or kindergarten through 5th grade at Sheridan. The program continues at Horace Mann Middle School.

Wilson Elementary School is a friendly neighborhood school with a dedicated staff committed to helping students succeed. Wilson offers a long tradition of high student achievement, dating back to 2005 when the school was nationally recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as a Blue Ribbon School. The teachers at Wilson Elementary School are dedicated to ensuring that each individual student is meeting and exceeding their academic goals.

Lake Country Academy is a non-instrumentality public charter school within the Sheboygan Area School District where all decisions are made on-site and specific to the design of the school. Our Founders chose a design that supported high academics and a virtuous environment.

Sheboygan Leadership Academy

Sheboygan Leadership Academy’s 4K through grade 8 environment, character based education, and integration of authentic service learning make for a unique program that supports the whole child. This education style prepares students to leave as leaders when they graduate and move forward into higher education.

Children begin their educational journey at the Early Learning Center, learning through play and exploration. This school is designed exclusively for the education of preschool children.

4K Community Partnerships

4K Community Partnerships

The Sheboygan Area School District has partnerships with community organizations to offer four-year-old kindergarten (4K) programs that improve the preparation of young children for entrance into school and provides families with more flexibility in choosing a 4K program that meets the needs of their child.
