With 26 schools and an enrollment of over 10,000 students, the Sheboygan Area School District is the largest district in Sheboygan County. The Sheboygan Area School District offers a wide variety of educational opportunities, ranging from four-year-old kindergarten to college courses offered at the high school level, all taught by a highly-educated teaching staff. In the 2012-13 school year, 70% of teachers held a Master's degree or higher.

Driven by community demand, the District has developed a variety of specialized charter schools and unique programs to meet the diverse learning needs of children in our community. Families have the luxury of choice with many tuition-free options within the public school setting.

If you live within the Sheboygan Area School District boundaries you can register your child at your neighborhood school at any time throughout the school year.
