Procedure For Study Hall Students Coming to the IMC During Their Study Hall

• Students who have a study hall and have received an IMC assignment from a teacher may receive a pass from that teacher, sign out of study hall and report to the IMC within the first five minutes of the hour. Study hall students will only come to the library at the beginning of the hour. Students must stay in the library for the entire class period.

• Study hall students will sign in when they arrive at the IMC and leave their ID and pass at the Circulation Desk.

• Senior Release students need a pass from a classroom teacher who has given them an academic assignment in the IMC to use the IMC during their release time. These students are expected to remain the entire hour unless otherwise specified by the teacher.

•Independent study students who need to use the IMC will need to have their teacher contact the media specialist about this arrangement. These students are expected to remain the entire hour unless otherwise specified by the teacher. Independent study students will be expected to follow all library expectations.
