South High wins Goodwill Donation Challenge, Fifth Harmony Concert
South High School students will enjoy private live performance on Wednesday, March 19 with Fifth Harmony, an American pop group of five teens who performed show-stopping vocals on X Factor. The teens placed third on the show's second season and have signed with Simon Cowell’s record label. Their debut single, “Miss Movin’ On” is an epic pop anthem about letting go; it received acclaim from music critics praising the group’s vocals as explosive and empowering.

Sheboygan South High School was one of 372 southeastern Wisconsin high schools that donated more than 137,600 items during the first year of Goodwill’s donation challenge. “The donation challenge (called Fall Haul) provides a wonderful community service platform for students to learn the benefits of keeping items out of landfills and helping individuals find and keep jobs,” said Pat Boelter, Chief Marketing Officer for Goodwill.
“We are proud of the South High community’s involvement in the Fall Haul event, donating over 7,200 items to Goodwill. This concert is a reward for the students’ effort and also reinforces how important it is to give back to our community,” said South High School Principal Mike Trimberger.

Farnsworth Middle School and Horace Mann Middle School students who have been demonstrating positive behavior at school are also invited to attend.
