South High Botany Class Plant Sale Saturday May 10
Botany students at South High School will host a plant sale from 12:00 noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 10 in Room 179 and the greenhouse.

Students will be selling a variety of heirloom and specialty tomato plants as well as an assortment of other vegetables and herbs. Geraniums, New Guinea Impatiens, Fuchsias and a selection of other flowers will be available, as well as assorted ivy and other decorative plants. Flowering and foliate hanging baskets for sun and shade will also be for sale. Prices range from $1 - $10.
New this year, Garden Art made by SHS art students and technology education students will be for sale. Items include birdhouses, raised beds, garden markers, and more.

Profits from plants grown by the South High Botany classes for this sale are used to support the Botany program. Each year, the classes need to purchase containers, soil, plants, tools, and other classroom materials. This sale makes it all possible.

Individuals who plan to attend the sale are asked to park in the staff parking lot to the north/northwest of the building and enter doors 15 and 16.
