Washington Holds Annual Family Brat Fry and Book Fair
Approximately 175 people attended Washington's annual Free Family Brat Fry. Organizers of the event served Meisfeld's brats and burgers, Hi-Lo Bakery hard rolls, soda, iced tea and lemonade. Families brought side dishes and desserts.
The Washington PTO also ran a book fair and had a table set up with information about the school's fundraiser. The book fair ran all week during lunch and after school. During lunch on Wednesday, during grandparents were invited to join their grandchild at the book fair.
