Sage and Title 1 School
Washington School for Comprehensive Literacy is a SAGE school and Title 1 school, which mean we receive additional funds annually to limit class size to 15:1 in all K-3 classrooms and to employ additional specialists to support students’ academic success.
SAGE and Title 1 revenue allows us to offer an after-school learning and recreational activities program, coordinated by the Sheboygan Boys & Girls Club, Monday-Friday. Wednesday afternoons, students in grades 3-5 are transported to the Sheboygan County Boys and Girls Club to participate in a variety of activities under the direction & supervision of Boys & Girls Club staff.
