Wilson Students Learn How to Use Digital Devices
Heather Hanson, SASD Instructional Technology Resource Teacher, recently visited Dee Dee Wolowicz' class at Wilson Elementary School. She demonstrated how to use iPods for the third, fourth, and fifth graders. Students learned a variety of things about programming, making and printing postcards, how to go on a website to search for photos, how to dialogue, and even how to make their own puppet show. Students then displayed their projects on the SMARTboard.
Mrs. Wolowicz arranged the session with Heather Hanson who works with teachers throughout the district to assist them in using technology to further student learning.
