Wilson School Celebrates Read Across America Week
Wilson School students spent the week of February 27 through March 2 celebrating Read Across America Week. Starting the week off with special guest, Admiral Reader, the Admiral told students how important reading is for their future and singing his one of a kind LUF Song. Read to (L)earn, read to (U)understand, read to have (F)un.

To prepare for the event, staff members decorated their doors in themes taken from Dr. Seuss books and other favorites.

Students also enjoyed retired teacher reading day and Green Eggs and Ham prepared and served for the entire school by members of the planning committee.
