Here are some of the school's proudest achievements:
- Wilson School was nationally recognized as a 2005 Blue Ribbon School by the U.S. Department of Education based on the school's quality of academic, co-curricular and special education programs, and staff.
- Wilson School has also earned the U.S. Department of Education's "Excellence in Education" award.
- Wilson students consistently score above state and district averages on the Wisconsin Skills and Concepts Exam (WKCE). In 2007, at least 85% of students scored proficient or advanced in all test subjects.
