Sale of District-Owned Property
Former Washington Elementary School Land
The Sheboygan Area School District (SASD) is interested in proposals for the purchase and development of district owned property located within the City of Sheboygan, Wisconsin and shown on Attachment A (the “Property”). The Property is approximately 2.93 acres located to the south of Bell Avenue and to the east of North 13th Street (parcel #59281719722). This parcel was the playground area for the former Washington Elementary School. The former school building was previously sold and has been developed into apartments. Final decisions on competitive bids will be made by the Sheboygan Area School District Board.
