Former Washington Elementary School Land
The Sheboygan Area School District (SASD) accepted proposals in Fall of 2025 for the purchase and development of district-owned property located within the City of Sheboygan, Wisconsin. The Property is approximately 2.93 acres, located south of Bell Avenue and east of North 13th Street (parcel #59281719722). This parcel was the playground area for the former Washington Elementary School. The former school building was sold and converted into apartments. Final decisions on competitive bids will be made by the Sheboygan Area School District Board of Education.
