I started my at Sheboygan North High School in 2014, I continue to be impressed with the students, parents, staff, and community members that I have been fortunate to work with during this time.

I earned my undergraduate degree in elementary/middle school education with a minor in sociology from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. I received my Master's Degree in Reading from the University of Wisconsin - Superior, my Administrative Degree and my Doctorate in Leadership for the Advancement of Learning and Service from Cardinal Stritch University. My teaching background is diverse, ranging from at-risk early childhood through high school reading and interventions.

I believe we need to educate students to become independent thinkers who are able to filter the distractions in the environment while maintaining positive values and integrity in day-to-day interactions. I have a passion to learn and I pass on this passion to all with whom I come in contact.

I am married, have three four-legged children which provide many hours of entertainment. The activities that I enjoy are music, reading, walking along the lake, and being in nature.
