The testing site is be located on the north side of the building (by the practice fields) and will be available to all Sheboygan Area School District students, staff, and families. Follow the access road or sidewalk past Door #1 and proceed around the corner to the testing site. Parking is available near the testing cottage.

High school students are required to have parent/guardian consent to be tested. In the event that a parent/guardian cannot be present with a high school student, a consent form must be completed and handed in at the testing site.
