The test site has now moved indoors. Please enter through Door 8, which is located directly under the clock tower on the north side of the building on Jefferson Ave. Once indoors, proceed down the steps to the lower level hallway and turn right. The testing site is located in room 1308D.
The indoor testing site is located on the south side of the building (west of the main entrance) with a separate entrance near the theater doors.
4101 North 50th St
New indoor location. Follow signs posted on the outdoor cottage. Enter through Door #14, which is accessible through the playground.
Testing will be conducted indoors starting Tuesday, December 6, 2022 until further notice. Please enter the parking lot off 10th Street. Enter Door #2. Testing is limited to students and staff, and their family members. Sorry, testing is not available for community members.

South High School's indoor testing site is located in the small parking lot between the main office and the commons. Please park in the main parking lot on Washington Ave and enter through Door 20 next to the COVID testing shed.
High school students are required to have parent/guardian consent to be tested. In the event that a parent/guardian cannot be present with a high school student, a consent form must be completed and handed in at the testing site. These forms can be picked up at any SASD high school office or can be printed here:
