SPECIAL BULLETIN

The following vacancy exists in the Sheboygan Area School District. All interested persons shall make written application to the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources by 4:00 p.m. on April 15, 2014.                                           SPEECH AND LANGUAGE THERAPY TEACHER
                                                                DISTRICT-WIDE

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be Wisconsin DPI certified in Speech and Language Therapy (820).

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Deliver group and individual therapy to students who qualify for children with disabilities program having been identified by an Individual Education Program (IEP) Team. Must have excellent diagnostic evaluation skills, IEP reporting skills, and be an effective team member.

BACKGROUND, ABILITIES, CHARACTERISTICS, ETC.:
Excellent diagnostic skills, participating in and case managing IEPs, and writing IEP plans. Must provide consultation to regular education and special education staff. Must be flexible and willing to work with a wide variety of students, age levels, and ethnic backgrounds.
