The following vacancy exists in the Sheboygan Area School District. All interested persons shall make written application to the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources by 4:00 p.m. on August 18, 2014. ADOLESCENT TREATMENT PROGRAM/HOMEBOUND TEACHER
Work as a bridge between the school district and the hospital. Be able to obtain information regarding students’ specialized programing at school, IEP, and school behaviors. Work with hospital staff to come up with alternative assignments for students who are not from the district, or don’t have any assignments at this time from the school. Regularly meet with hospital staff and offer information related to students’ academic endeavors.

We further support our PLC process with Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS), Response to Intervention (RtI), and 21st Century Skills.
