Welcome to North! I am happy to join a team of accomplished science educators who work collaboratively to advocate for the success of all students. As an avid naturalist who appreciates the endless wonders of life, I am proud to teach biology and botany. Carrying on a 50 year legacy of those before me, I am humbled by the opportunity to maintain the Sheboygan North Greenhouse, a vibrant setting full of authentic experiences for the next generation of learners. Growing up in the small farm town of Waterford WI, I’ve always had a passion for agriculture. Now I am ready to share my knowledge and excitement with the greater Sheboygan community, allowing us all to grow better together!

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Secondary Education from Carroll University. In my free time, I enjoy cross country skiing, backpacking the remote wildlands like Isle Royale National Park, and creative writing. To date, I have published one nature poetry novel titled “The Light Binds Us Akin” and am working on a science fiction trilogy. My future aspirations include completing the Wisconsin Ice Age Trail and climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro. I am excited for all the adventures yet to come and the lessons I’ll learn from my students along the way. Stay Golden, Raiders!
