It's an adult night out of food, fun, and raising money for LCA! As a charter school, we receive less money per pupil than traditional public schools. It is very important to raise extra money so we are able to purchase necessary items outside of our normal operating budget.
This year, our proceeds will be used to refresh and enhance our physical education program, including purchasing equipment for extra-curricular sports.
Our annual fundraiser will be held on March 4th at 5:00 p.m. at Blue Harbor.
Every year we offer a wide variety in our silent and live auctions, thanks to donations from LCA parents and area businesses. Jewelry, restaurant gift certificates, Brewer tickets, Packer tickets, and services for your home, car, or lawn are just a handful of items offered. Have something to donate to our auctions? Great! We will be holding our pre-event raffle again this year. Prizes will be $2000, $1000, and $500 and the drawing will take place at the event on March 4th. This is a very successful portion of our event. Please help raise money by selling as many raffle tickets as possible. If we sell 1,000 tickets school-wide, Mrs. Beine will approve an ice cream sundae treat for all students! (Also, as a bonus to parents, each raffle ticket sold counts toward one volunteer hour!)
We need volunteers to help on the day of the event! Would you like to be involved? We need several volunteers throughout the day for set up and throughout the evening. We plan the shifts so everyone can still attend the event and participate as a guest, too!
