Meet Kassandra Lepak

Dear Cleveland Elementary Families,

I am so excited and honored to share that I will have the privilege of serving as the On-Site Administrator at Cleveland Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. I am truly looking forward to getting to know our Cleveland students, staff, and families and becoming an even greater part of this wonderful school community.

Over the past 10 years, I have had the opportunity to serve as a School Social Worker for the Sheboygan Area School District. In this role, I have supported students, families, and staff by addressing academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs and helping to create safe, supportive learning environments where all students can thrive. Through collaboration with school staff, families, and community partners, I have worked to advocate for equity and access and ensure that students have the support and resources they need to be successful. These experiences have strengthened my ability to build meaningful relationships, listen with compassion, and empower students to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

Cleveland Elementary has a truly special school community, one that values academic growth while also recognizing the importance of strong relationships, belonging, and a safe and supportive environment for every student. I look forward to listening, learning, and partnering with our families as we build upon the many strengths, traditions, and connections that make Cleveland Elementary such a special place.

I am incredibly excited about the year ahead and look forward to working alongside you to support your children. Together, we can make the 2026–2027 school year a positive, meaningful, and memorable one for all of our Cleveland Cougars!
