Access to Skyward Student/Family

Access to Skyward Student/Family

Dear SASD Families and Students,

Thank you for your patience while Skyward completed maintenance on our student information system. Skyward experienced unanticipated issues over the holiday break, resulting in access interruptions earlier this week. 

All systems are running smoothly now. Here are a few tips to ensure you can successfully access the Skyward system:

  • The Skyward links have been updated and are always available in the upper right corner of the SASD and all school websites.

 

If you are using the Skyward Mobile Access app, you will need to delete the app and reinstall it on your mobile device to get the upgraded version.

Once you've reinstalled, you’ll need to complete the following steps:

1. Choose a four-digit passcode

create a password in the skyward app

2. Locate your Organization and select ‘Sheboygan Area School District.’

3. Select the ‘School Management’ product

select School Management

4. Then, log in with your existing username and password


In rare cases, if the updated Skyward Mobile Access app does not reconnect, users will need to create a new profile within the Skyward Mobile Access app using the above instructions.
