Access to Skyward Student/Family

Access to Skyward Student/Family

The Skyward system was updated over winter break. These updates resulted in new Skyward links and caused some issues for users of the Skyward Mobile App.

Is the Skyward Family Access link not working for you?

Here are a few tips to ensure you can successfully access the Skyward system:

  • The Skyward links have been updated and are always available in the upper right corner of the SASD and all school websites.

Are you having problems with your Skyward Mobile App?

If you are using the Skyward Mobile Access app, you will need to delete the app and reinstall it on your mobile device to get the upgraded version.

Once you've reinstalled, you’ll need to complete the following steps:

1. Choose your own four-digit passcode

create a password in the skyward app

2. Locate your Organization and select ‘Sheboygan Area School District.’

select your organization in the skyward mobile app

3. Select the ‘School Management’ product

select School Management

4. Then, log in with your existing username and password

In rare cases, if the updated Skyward Mobile Access app does not reconnect, users will need to create a new profile within the Skyward Mobile Access app using the above instructions.

Forgot your four-digit code?

Users have three chances to correctly enter their passcode. If you have forgotten your code, after the third incorrect entry, a red button will pop up. Click the red button to reset your mobile access account.

Then, you will click the red button shown below to 'Reset Account'.

The system will then take you back through steps 1-4 to set up your mobile access account, by signing in and selecting a new four-digit passcode.
