Eyes on Education

Did you know that some of our students are struggling in school because of untreated vision issues? SASD School Nurses are taking action by launching a fund to help students whose families cannot afford eye exams and glasses.

We are excited to announce our partnership with Dr. Nichole Cruz at Cruz Family Eyecare to provide much-needed support for these students! 

The Eyes on Education campaign, led by SASD school nurses, is committed to ensuring that all students have access to the vision care they need to succeed. With your help, we can raise funds to offer free eye exams and eyeglasses to students who wouldn't otherwise have access to these essential resources.

Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated and truly make a difference in the lives of the students in the Sheboygan Area School District.

To donate, you can write a check payable to "The Early Learning Center" and drop it off at the ELC, give it to one of our school nurses, or mail it to the ELC front office: Attention Lori Hamilton

You can also send your donation through Venmo, and District Lead School Nurse Lori Hamilton will ensure it is deposited promptly.
