Longfellow Family Clinic Expands Care

Longfellow Family Clinic Expands Care

Did you know Longfellow Elementary School has a primary care medical clinic right inside the front doors? The Longfellow Family Clinic is expanding its service area and is now open to students and families from:

  • Jackson Elementary School
  • Wilson Elementary School
  • Farnsworth Elementary School
  • South High School

The Longfellow Family Clinic is offered in partnership with Lakeshore Community Health Care. It offers services like immunizations, wellness exams, and annual physicals, as well as acute care for sore throats, earaches, pink eye, the common cold, and more.

  • Primary medical care for students and anyone living in their household
  • Open Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm during the school year
  • Care for all, no matter insurance status or income

We’re proud to offer community-based resources like this to help support the health and well-being of our students and their families. By working together, we can ensure that every child has the care they need to learn and thrive.

Registration forms are available in your school office or can be completed online. Learn more on the Lakeshore Community Health Care’s website at www.lakeshorechc.org/longfellow or call the Clinic at (920) 459-6715 to make an appointment.
