The wire sculpture was described as having the feeling of being an expressive line drawing and viewers were captured by its strong feeling of motion.

Yang created his sculpture in his Portfolio I class (teacher Linda Badtke) at South as part of an in-depth study of portraying motion in a variety of art mediums. Yang is a very strong 3-D artist and his strength is shown with this piece.

This was Oskosh's 9th Annual High School Art day and it included 168 pieces of art work. The day is organized by staff and students of Oshkosh and includes workshops and tours of the Art Department, the Gallery Show of High School artwork and an Awards Ceremony.
