Grant Students Limbo for Math
Recently, it was ‘Beach Day' at
Grant Elementary School. During that day, students in Angela Parks'
second grade classroom learned to limbo. As each student attempted to
go under the limbo stick, the class collected and recorded the
different limbo heights. Working in groups, the students examined the
data points and made a class graph representing the findings. The
lowest limbo height was 16 inches.
