North Art Students Design Postage Stamps
Sheboygan North High School Art students who are in Frank Juarez's Drawing Intensive class created a series of large format USPS postage stamps that are now on display at the United States Post Office in Sheboygan. Students were given the task to create a 16"x20" postage stamp based on their interest, creativity, imagination and self-interpretation. All work is original in design as well as content.
Postage stamps were created by Steffany Reyna, Amy Lee, Morgan Pups, Andrew Palladino, Kristina Gilbertson, Emily Rudolph, Addison Mand, Kaylee O'Connor, Jordan Blindauer, Cassie Shultz, Sarah Baughman, Annya Ertel, Minah Lee, Katie Green, Eng Chang and Brianna Wagner.
This collection of stamps is on display from February 4 - April 4, 2011. Hours are Monday- Fridays, 9:30 am-5:30 pm and Saturdays from 9:30 am-2:30 pm.
