Tucker the Turtle Visits Early Learning Center to Promote Positive Behavior

The young children are introduced to this program at the ELC and it is carried through when they move on to elementary school. Tucker Turtle rewarded each classroom for acknowledging the rules they learned at the beginning of the school year.
