Lincoln-Erdman Students Show their Scientific Skills at Science Fair
Exploding volcanoes, disappearing Gummi Bears, and unbreakable eggs.
What do all these things have in common? They were all experiments that
students conducted as part of the Lincoln-Erdman Science Fair on
February 4. Twenty-one students participated in the annual event, a
night where students show off their budding knowledge of the scientific
method. Students from kindergarten through 5th grade presented their
experiments using pictures, dialogue, and live demonstrations and were
scored by Ms. Barttelt, Lincoln-Erdman’s principal, and Mr. Brunnbauer, a
5th grade teacher, for their display, scientific content, originality
and explanation. All students who participated received a medal for
their great efforts.
